Repair Center Manager

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

1- Management of troubleshooting and repair processes of all types of telecommunications units
2- Preparation of PODs/DNs/required technical documentation, providing unit repair solutions, reporting the causes of failure
3- Installation test platform/related tools and submission of repair reports.
4- Provide repair services based on MTNI NWG requirements.
5- Providing reliable links for supply and support of hardware equipment/related software/electronic components.
6- Providing solutions to reduce number of breakdowns of telecommunication units.
7- Attending and holding meetings related to the maintenance of network equipment with the approach of solving problems in the optimal mode.
8- manage Training and transferring experiences to new people with the approach of increasing the efficiency of Irancell Repair Center.
9- Development of cooperation in other parts of Irancell Repair Center in order to reduce individual reliance for specialized affairs
10- To manage Fixing the failure of various units of different sites of Irancell network and the stability of their service.
11- Discontinuing dependence on some overseas vendors.
12- Reducing network support and repair costs.
13- Accelerate network support and reduce waiting time to start servicing a defective unit.
14- Manage of easing of troubleshooting and repairing similar telecommunication units.

Education:

Bachelor or higher degree in electronic/telecommunication engineering.

Experience:

1. Minimum of 6 years’ experience in troubleshooting and repairing kind of electronic and telecommunication units
2. Experience working in a medium organization
3. Experienced in related tools & techniques, related design software’s
4. Experience with responsive design.
5. Expert in electronic circuit design techniques
6. Expert in work with kind of electronic measurement tools such as oscilloscope, function generator and etc.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills
