Job Description

  • Plan and manage digital platform cycles to regulate behaviors.
  • Update campaign timeline and impact on other activities (full visibility on brand/trade plans).
  • Facilitate communication with retailers through digitalization.
  • Consolidate campaigns from related functions and translate them to action plans with platform capabilities.
  • Ensure fit for purpose planning for TMD&A Assets needed/ being used.
  • Ensure monthly track of asset bank including material available at all BAT WHs across the country including material available for re-allocation.
  • Ensure continuous tracking and reporting of TMD&A assets being used (monthly asset bank and weekly reconciliation).
  • Ensure all remaining material and FOC will be used for new activities.
  • Prevent FOC pile-up and DND in regional warehouses.
  • Track monthly FOC audit results by AM and RM.

Requirements:

  • A degree, preferably in Marketing, or Business Management.
  • At least 2 years of relevant FMCG experience.
  • Proven experience in trade marketing and distribution.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead a multicultural team.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build lasting business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fast learner and can adapt easily to different challenges as they arise.
  • Computer literate (advanced Excel and PPT).
  • Team player.
  • Upper-intermediate English level and fluency in Farsi.
  • A solid reporting platform highlighting key achievements, addressing the gaps, and identifying opportunities.
