Job Description
- Plan and manage digital platform cycles to regulate behaviors.
- Update campaign timeline and impact on other activities (full visibility on brand/trade plans).
- Facilitate communication with retailers through digitalization.
- Consolidate campaigns from related functions and translate them to action plans with platform capabilities.
- Ensure fit for purpose planning for TMD&A Assets needed/ being used.
- Ensure monthly track of asset bank including material available at all BAT WHs across the country including material available for re-allocation.
- Ensure continuous tracking and reporting of TMD&A assets being used (monthly asset bank and weekly reconciliation).
- Ensure all remaining material and FOC will be used for new activities.
- Prevent FOC pile-up and DND in regional warehouses.
- Track monthly FOC audit results by AM and RM.
Requirements:
- A degree, preferably in Marketing, or Business Management.
- At least 2 years of relevant FMCG experience.
- Proven experience in trade marketing and distribution.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead a multicultural team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build lasting business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fast learner and can adapt easily to different challenges as they arise.
- Computer literate (advanced Excel and PPT).
- Team player.
- Upper-intermediate English level and fluency in Farsi.
- A solid reporting platform highlighting key achievements, addressing the gaps, and identifying opportunities.
