Job Description
Your mission in Zarrin Pakhsh is to introduce the organization's products to increase sales and awareness of customers and consumers.
- To determine the path for representatives of product introduction for increasing sales.
- To supervise and determine the type of product layout in stores based on the planogram (product placement) for the organization’s various product groups.
- To supervise the execution of the provisions of the advertising contract of the parties and follow up on corrective measures.
- To supervise the usage of advertising tools in stores and ensure the maintenance of execution quality during the contract execution period.
- To supervise checking the product inventory on the store shelf.
- To improve the quality of product introduction to consumers and distribute the samples in stores.
- To analyze the completed opinion poll forms from product buyers in order to improve the process.
- To analyze the reports related to the shelf share, lack of stock, and presence of the product on the shelf periodically.
- To analyze the information regarding the market situation and competitors using available data.
- To maintain and improve the shelf share of the company's products.
- To periodically supervise and visit stores' branding and trade marketing tools (such as shelf frames, toplines, stickers, and other related items).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, or other related fields.
- At least five years of work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in the principles of marketing and advertising.
- Proficient in English.
- Proficient in data analysis, principles, and techniques of negotiation and product recognition.
- Accountability, system thinking, result orientation, change leadership, consumer-oriented, effective communication, people management, and team building (teamwork).
