Job Description
Adorateb seeks a professional and committed sales accounting supervisor to oversee the activities of our sales accounting and credit team with expertise and teamwork. The ideal candidate will guide us toward achieving our goals and fostering innovative advancements.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the proper implementation of accounting policies and sales procedures by the sales accounting and credit staff.
- Monitor and facilitate the collection process by organizing periodic collection committee meetings, tailored to the depth of receivables in the distribution center.
- Supervise the credit allocation process for customers and ensure proper credit assessment.
- Prepare management reports related to sales accounting and credit, and analyze performance indicators such as sales reports, collections, returns, check delays, collection periods, sales development budget, and others.
- Oversee the preparation of external reports in collaboration with the finance department (quarterly sales reports, value-added tax reports, etc.).
- Respond to auditors and tax authorities and provide the required reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Industrial Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience; 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Experience in distribution companies is a plus.
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical skills in financial data.
- Ability to prepare and present management reports.
- Proficiency in Power Query.
- Proficiency in VBA.
