Job Description

  • Identifying prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion.
  • Creating and keeping relationships with potential/existing customers developing customers’ loyalty plans and discussing needs.
  • Negotiating prices/fees and terms and preparing sales agreements.
  • Sourcing and developing client referrals.
  • Scheduling sales activity and Implementing sales operation plans announced by the sales manager.
  • Maintaining contact lists and following up with customers to continue relationships.
  • Attracting retail/institutional customers by offering investment products.
  • Developing and implementing standards for ensuring customer satisfaction and assisting with customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Doing the tasks based on CRM structure and documenting all the tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, or other related fields; or an MBA graduate. 
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing and sales of investment products.
  • Expert in MS Office.
  • Fluency in English.
