Job Description

• Responsible for filling forms and documentation and following up on a required timing basis.
• Follow up and register payment for gift cards from pharmacies.
• Follow up on payment of pharmacies and distributors with finance and inform the field regarding pharmacies and KAM regarding distribution.
• Calculate qualified pharmacies for purchase manager incentive it is required.
• Update DPRSA files.
• HQ-wise budget utilization analysis.
• Follow up on meetings and events of the sales department with distribution companies branches and follow up on reports from them.
• Distribution department field-related activity follow-up (payment, execution & report check).
• Birthday campaign of distributors.
• Field staff requests follow related to costs which are related to the distribution budget.
• Field expense of the distribution department.
• Cash advance of the department.
• Collect the receipt of DCs from distributors and transportation companies.
• Execute Distribution department-assigned activities on a timely basis as assigned.
