Job Description

As a full-time sales representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing leads, and closing deals. You will maintain client relationships, promote our services, and help meet sales targets. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus, as you’ll be tracking leads and client interactions to maximize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact potential clients, universities, and institutions.
  • Follow up on leads via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and work towards closing deals.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Understand client needs and propose appropriate.

Sales Strategy Execution:

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase registrations and partnerships.

CRM Management:

  • Use CRM tools (such as HubSpot) to track leads, manage customer interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and client information.

Reporting & Feedback:

  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and results.
  • Offer feedback to improve sales processes and strategies.

Event Promotion:

  • Promote our services to targeted audiences through various sales channels.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Sales Skills:

  • Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and achieve targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.

CRM Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for managing leads and customer data (a plus).

Tech Savvy:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Adaptability:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
