Job Description

Daria Chemical Ara seeks an experienced sales expert specializing in lubricants based in Tehran. This role involves, the successful candidate will leverage their technical expertise to drive sales and support the development of new products.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote lubricant products.
  • Identify and target potential customers within the relevant market.
  • Provide technical support and expertise to clients regarding product usage and benefits.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain and manage customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Coordinate with purchase and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly within the lubricant field.
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business
  • Professional relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Fluency in English.
