Job Description

Supervise and manage the activities of the sales team to achieve annual sales.
Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales supervisors, medical representative performance and sales metrics.
Organize and coordinate the ales supervisors, medical representative& monthly mission.
Manage the development and implementation of tactical sales plans.
Ensure that sales forces are fully focused on specific goals.
Determine the desired KPIs to track sales force activities.
Provide a useful solution to advance the company& goals.
Coach his/her team behaviorally and technically.
