Job Description
We are looking for a sales manager in our Tehran office to oversee our organization’s sales objectives, policies, initiatives, and strategies.
The position holder will be responsible for below tasks:
- Prepares business plans based on company strategies.
- Prepares sales budget as per the business plan.
- Updates sales forecast on a regular basis.
- Develops new businesses and creates networks within the industry to enhance opportunities for new businesses.
- Continuously improves the relationship with key customers.
- Represents the company on a commercial level.
- Works closely with operations to provide market insight on existing portfolio along with product development.
- Leads, develops, coaches, trains and motivates the sales team to improve their skills and ensure that a high professional standard is achieved.
- Prepares and analyzes customer satisfaction surveys on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing in B2B organizations.
- Experience in a multinational environment is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal/relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
