Job Description
The main objective of the role:
- To optimize the current sales and marketing activities of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Considering rapid development plans on the agenda, this role will facilitate the growth of the team and its performance in terms of the number of team members and funneled activities.
- Rendering pharmaceutical marketing and launch plans for oncology, respiratory, and critical care, pediatric pharmaceuticals, wound care as well as aesthetics, food supplements, and consumer health.
- Conducting and monitoring the defined sales and marketing plans for oncology, respiratory, critical care, pediatric pharmaceuticals, wound care as well as aesthetics, food supplements, and consumer health.
- Directing proper implementation of the defined sales and marketing plans nationwide
- Setting goals and objectives for the sales and marketing team for Infectious disease, oncology, respiratory, and critical care pharmaceuticals as well as aesthetics, food supplements, and consumer health.
- Setting annual sales targets for oncology, respiratory, and critical care pharmaceuticals.
- Preparing market analysis for oncology, respiratory, and critical care pharmaceuticals
- Building up and maintaining interactions with pertaining patient advocate societies and communities.
- Preparing and rendering annual marketing budget according to the set goals and targets.
- Training and coaching a team of supervisors' medical representatives including recruitment of new medical representatives and boosting the current medical representative's sales skills and qualifications.
- Close watching and understanding of current market trends and rivalries besides future pharmaceutical potentialities and opportunities to hint and give directions to the business development team.
- Occasional traveling domestically to control and monitor ongoing plans and activities of the team.
- Overseeing traveling needed for manufacturing site visits and pertaining training activities.
- Subordinates: marketing supervisors and the team of medical representatives.
- Reporting to the managing director.
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic and sufficiently self-motivated to encounter various challenges bound to daily increasing achievements.
- Oncology, infectious disease, and respiratory sales and marketing background and familiarity with hematology, oncology, and radiotherapy practitioners are deemed a priority.
