Job Description
- Organize appointments and meetings with community and hospital-based healthcare staff.
- Handle both field indoor and outdoor activities for visits and more negotiation with potential customers.
- Research and visit potential customers in a related area.
- Follow-up and close opportunities.
- Providing pre-sales information to customers.
- Represent the company and its products at marketing events.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Demonstrate or present products to healthcare staff including doctors and nurses.
- Undertake relevant research.
- Meet both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals.
- Maintain detailed records.
- Write reports and other documents.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar job group (medical equipment industry).
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Understanding the principles of sales.
- Teamwork capability.
- Aware of negotiating contracts.
- Energetic and passionate about sales.
- Advanced degree in a related field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiar with Internet and computer skills.
- Advanced in English (spoken, written, etc.).
- Gender preference: Female/Male.
- Ideal age range: 25 to 45 years old.
