Job Description
The sales planning expert is responsible for supporting sales teams to achieve their targets by providing analytical and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor sales KPI to provide insights that support decision-making processes.
- Implement monthly targets of KPIs in BI.
- Prepare daily sales reports.
- Establish a routine for verifying the data collected from the sales team to ensure it is up-to-date and accurate for decision-making.
- Reconcile sales forecasts and actual sales reports to identify discrepancies and improve data integrity.
- Follow up sales and operations actions that have a direct impact on the sales team
- Control and update the routes, JCP, and distributors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or related roles within a sales organization.
Skills:
- Familiar with sales fundamentals.
- Intermediate in Excel.
- Familiar with Power BI.
- Intermediate in English.
