Job Description

• Manage and monitor the sales representatives' performance who work the floor to make sure sales instructions and strategies are executed by sales representatives to increase or defend market share based on business strategy.
• Cascade the plan that has been received from the branch manager to an action plan for the sales representative.
• Plan, make guidelines, coordinate and control the sales representative activities based on sales strategies, and prepare an action plan.
