Job Description

The Teamlead Inside Sales Support is responsible for:
* Support the operations of assigned accounts and coordinate with Account Managers to meet customer needs
* Lead, develop, and manage the Inside Sales Support team in line with HR strategy, including performance evaluation and people development in coordination with HR
* Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and cross-functional stakeholders
* Standardize and continuously improve processes, and ensure implementation of new system developments
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and support the implementation of system and process improvements
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies
* Ensure timely and accurate handling of customer complaints with relevant stakeholders
* Oversee the preparation of quotations in line with pricing and commercial conditions
* Implement regional customer service strategies
Maintain and ensure accuracy of customer master data
* Oversee order entry and confirmation processes following availability and system checks
* Ensure timely processing of product samples in coordination with Sales
Monitor customer-specific agreements (pricing, contracts, order quantities, delivery terms) and support reporting activities

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or sales support
* Proficiency in SAP and CRM systems
* Strong customer focus with a solution-oriented mindset
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Team player with a proactive approach
* Preferably at least 5 years of team management experience
