Collaborating closely with the sales team to provide essential support and information needed for successful customer interactions.
Providing excellent customer service from "Lead to Cash".
Responding to customer issues, complaints, or demands in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborating with various internal departments, including sales, application laboratory, marketing, logistics, and planning to address customer concerns and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Shipping samples to the customers and tracking deliveries are vital in terms of opportunity management and following up with customers to gather feedback on samples.
Managing projects and contracts in cooperation with the sales department and following up on related tasks in
CRM and ERP system.
Generating reports and analyzing the data to provide insights for sales strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or a closely related field.
At least 2 years of experience in customer service and sales operations (food & beverage market experience is preferred).
Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
Good team player, and strong communication skills.
Analytical thinking with an innovative point of view, and high problem-solving skills.
