Job Description

  • Guiding and monitoring the sales team to hit Sales KPIs and increase gross profit.
  • Maintain teamwork with the sales\operations to implement the company’s policies and strategies.
  • Hold regular meetings with the sales team and motivate them to keep sales KPIs met.
  • Generate comprehensive daily\monthly reports for the management to keep them informed of the overall performance.
  • Determine shipping methods, routes, or rates for materials to be shipped if necessary.

Requirements:

  • FIATA certifications would be highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of transportation and logistics practices, with a deep understanding of air freight, sea shipping, and road transportation processes from start to finish.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues, overseas agents, and clients to achieve shared goals.
