Job Description
- Manage and handle medical representatives.
- Report the total daily/weekly/monthly activity of the team to the sales and marketing manager.
- Monitor the team activity.
- Train his/her own team and increase their capability.
- Keep in touch with medical staff.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in line with the company strategy.
- Improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Research data on competitors and market conditions.
- Coordinate all issues with key clients between sales, service, support, customer services, marketing, and finance.
Requirements:
- Pharmacist, M.D., a Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields.
- 5 years of previous experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Fast learner.
- Multi-tasking.
- Patient in pressure.
- Ready to travel every time within the country and other countries.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English.
