We are looking for a senior account manager at Sunech Group of Companies.
As an experienced sales and customer service professional, the Senior Account Specialist builds and maintains strong relationships with key customers, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth. They drive strategies and collaborate with teams to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Identify opportunities to grow the customer base and increase sales in existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions based on customer needs.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for service and sales improvement.
- Prepare and deliver effective reports and presentations to customers and senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer feedback and effectively resolve any issues or complaints to maintain positive relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an account manager, with a strong track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Experience working in an advertising agency will be highly preferred.
