Responsibilities:

  • Company Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients. Present and pitch the wellness credit card program to HR and benefits decision-makers. Negotiate contract terms and onboard companies to deposit wellness credits into employee accounts.
  • Merchant Acquisition: Source and onboard key merchants across online and offline categories (e.g., restaurants, gyms, therapy platforms). Negotiate favorable commission structures, discounts, and cashback deals to attract user engagement.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities; recommend tailored offerings to companies and merchants based on employee and market needs.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and merchants; act as the main point of contact for resolving partnership challenges.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth implementation of partnerships. Provide data-driven insights to improve product and service offerings.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales and partnership acquisition targets. Monitor and report on key performance metrics to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships.
  • Proven track record of closing deals with corporate clients or merchants.
  • Prior experience in fintech is a strong plus.
  • Expert in creating persuasive sales pitches and closing deals.
  • Understanding B2B sales dynamics.
  • Familiarity with credit card or financial services products is an advantage.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to craft targeted solutions.
  • Ability to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proactively seek ways to create value for stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Maintains composure under pressure and perseveres to achieve objectives.
