Job Description

• Developing and implementing business excellence strategies that align with the organization's long-term goals.
• Identifying and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks for success.
• Leading process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Business Process Reengineering.
• Conducting thorough diagnostics and implementing projects to eliminate waste and enhance efficiency.
• Designing and delivering training programs to promote best practices in operational processes.
• Mentoring and coaching team members on continuous improvement techniques and methodologies.
• Establishing robust systems for monitoring and reporting on business performance metrics.
• Analyzing data to identify trends, and areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and feedback on business processes.
• Facilitating cross-functional collaboration to drive improvement initiatives and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
• Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure operational continuity.
• Conducting regular risk assessments and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Overseeing and managing projects aimed at enhancing business operations and implementing new processes.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Developing and maintaining quality management systems in line with international standards.
• Conducting audits and assessments to ensure compliance with established quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering fields, Business, or a related field.
• Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, or similar are preferred.
• Experience: Extensive experience in a business excellence or continuous improvement role.
• Proven track record of leading successful process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
