Job Description

You at DigiExpress work mostly on human resources (employer branding, internal communications, and people experience) content such as articles, blog posts, social media captions, presentations, guidelines, and decks, as well as any other texts and copies as required.

Responsibilities:

• Develop extended content required for blogs, articles, journals, reports, etc.
• Develop concise content for captions, copies, lists, calls to action, etc.
• Turn concepts, data, and briefs into engaging content.
• Maintain brand voice unity in all communications with audience and stakeholders.
• Work with freelancers to support content creation.
• Research to develop new ideas for genuine content.
• Optimize content for social media, search engines, and generative response tools.
• Platform management (Careers Site, Internal Portal, Online Onboarding, etc.)
• Enhance DigiExpress employer branding image by content creation in external and internal touchpoint.
• Initiate internal campaigns that engage DigiExpress Employees (Employee Engagement).
• Work on UGC and EGC to escalate internal & external awareness.
• Write articles of 400 to 2000 words for blogs, reports, etc.
• Translate and create content related to the industry.
• Writing short texts of 20 to 200 words for social media captions, events, posters, emails, etc.
• Create short names, copies, and taglines of 3 to 10 words for internal communication channels, brand materials, etc.
• Create large documents and guidelines up to 10,000 words based on internal communication requirements.
• Create a content calendar.

Requirements:

• No specific requirements; hence, a degree in Literature, Foreign Languages, Journalism, Screenplay Writing, Marketing, HR, or any related field is preferred.
• Storytelling and data storytelling knowledge. 
• Skilled in creative writing.
• Copywriting knowledge.
• Skilled in editing and proofreading.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiar with the latest trends in content creation, journalism, social media, and search engine optimization.
• Familiar with WordPress and other CMSs.
• Skilled in writing reports and guidelines.
• Spelling, grammar, and punctuation accuracy (Persian and English).
• Fluent in English.
