Job Description

  • Manage employees' attendance policies and work with the attendance software.
  • Execute monthly payroll administration accurately and on time.
  • Prepare and manage personnel contracts, extensions, and terminations.
  • Prepare personnel information, part-time work hours, earnings, and deductions for calculating salaries.
  • Address employee queries regarding compensation and benefits issues.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as preparing introduction letters and payslips.
  • Handle general HR administration and team projects as assigned within the stated guidelines and timeframes.
  • Administer employee insurance, collaborating with insurance brokers and plan carriers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in various HR software systems, including Rahkaran System and Kasra.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and work under constant deadlines.
  • Responsible and committed.
  • People-oriented with good communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, strong presentation skills, and excellent data management skills.
  • Professional level of verbal and written communication skills.
