Advising to construction department regarding its activity and contracts.
Drafting and support of project contracts (including EPC, supply, engineering, construction, supervising, and TPI contracts) in English in compliance with the company’s standard terms and conditions, international practice.
Claims and litigation legal support as head of process.
Conducting negotiations with contractors and Iranian customer, mainly in English.
Provision of legal advice and consultation on legal and compliance matters to ensure adherence to Company policies as well as Iran laws and regulations.
