Senior Legal Specialist (CAPEX Contracts)

Job Description

• Advising to construction department regarding its activity and contracts.
• Drafting and support of project contracts (including EPC, supply, engineering, construction, supervising, and TPI contracts) in English in compliance with the company’s standard terms and conditions, international practice.
• Claims and litigation legal support as head of process.
• Conducting negotiations with contractors and Iranian customer, mainly in English.
• Provision of legal advice and consultation on legal and compliance matters to ensure adherence to Company policies as well as Iran laws and regulations.
