Job Description
As a senior performance marketing specialist, you will spearhead data-driven digital marketing strategies, optimize ad performance across multiple platforms, and ensure a strong ROI on campaigns. Your expertise in analytics, campaign management, and digital advertising will play a pivotal role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media platforms, and Ad Networks.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar platforms to drive actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative optimization to maximize conversions.
- Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively to meet KPIs and ROI targets.
- Work with the digital marketing, content, and design teams to create targeted ads.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and the Iranian digital market.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and provide recommendations for ongoing improvement.
- Set clear and measurable KPIs for campaigns, such as cost-per-acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Build detailed media plans that align with budget constraints and performance targets.
Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within fintech, cryptocurrency, or technology sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and ad networks.
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising and in-app advertising strategies.
- Proficient in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Hotjar.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Understanding of ad copy, design, and user behavior to develop effective campaigns.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders.
