Your expertise in analytics, campaign management, and digital advertising will play a pivotal role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media platforms, and Ad Networks.
Analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar platforms to drive actionable insights.
Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative optimization to maximize conversions.
Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively to meet KPIs and ROI targets.
Work with the digital marketing, content, and design teams to create targeted ads.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and the Iranian digital market.
Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and provide recommendations for ongoing improvement.
Set clear and measurable KPIs for campaigns, such as cost-per-acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
Build detailed media plans that align with budget constraints and performance targets.
Requirements:
At least 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within fintech, cryptocurrency, or technology sectors.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads and ad networks.
Familiarity with programmatic advertising and in-app advertising strategies.
Proficient in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Hotjar.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Understanding of ad copy, design, and user behavior to develop effective campaigns.
