Job Description
The shipping documentation expert is responsible for tracking shipments on vessels, issuing freight invoices and bills of lading, and managing customer requests related to transportation. This role facilitates transportation processes through coordination with other departments, provides customer support and advice on company services, addresses complaints, and documents customer information to improve service quality.
