Senior Sales & marketing Manager – Small Domestic Appliances (SDA)
A reputable and fast-growing company in the home appliance industry is seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to lead the sales function for its Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) category. The role is focused on driving market expansion, increasing sales performance, and strengthening market share across the country.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies for the Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) product portfolio.
• Lead, manage, and motivate both field and head-office sales teams.
• Expand and strengthen relationships with distributors, wholesalers, dealers, and key accounts.
• Plan, monitor, and ensure achievement of sales targets and market share objectives.
• Forecast market demand and sales trends.
• Analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
• Manage pricing operation including margin simulation etc.
• Prepare and present analytical and management reports to senior leadership.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Supply Chain departments to ensure business alignment and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in a sales management role within the home appliance industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the SDA market and national distribution channels.
• Proven track record in sales team leadership and market development.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and prepare management reports.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and decision-making capabilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across provinces/regions.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and highly competitive environment.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
