Job Description

• Conduct research on best practices and industry trends for the business and recommend optimization changes to enhance operational efficiencies, quality, service, and profitability.
• Develop and execute growth strategies focused on operational efficiency and scalability.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Optimize logistics and supply chain processes for better cost management and faster delivery times.
• Oversee the adoption of new technologies and systems to improve operational performance.
• Oversee the in-depth analysis of existing workflows and utilize flowcharts and process maps to define existing processes and identify areas needing improvement.
• Conduct experiments and A/B tests to measure the impact of different growth initiatives and other experimental approaches to refine operational strategies.
• Implement the tools required to collect and measure relevant data, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and produce a data-driven analysis of critical functions.
• Manage teams that study and develop optimization changes to the business processes and ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to align the growth initiatives with the overall vision and mission of the company.
• Work with leadership on strategic planning to define growth goals and objectives for the company.
• Create reports on key metrics to determine the company’s progress in meeting its goals and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply chain/Logistics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of how to collect, analyze, and visualize route data to make data-driven decisions and improve operational efficiency.
• Proven experience in operations, with a focus on growth and process improvement.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Familiarity with supply chain management and logistics optimization.
• Proficient in using technology to streamline operations and collect relevant data.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively.
• Experience with project management and implementing large-scale operational changes.
