Job Description

Mission:

  • To drive the successful execution of the company's strategic and digital transformation agenda by ensuring alignment, collaboration, and effective implementation of initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • To manage relationships with key stakeholders across divisions, ensuring open communication and collaboration in executing the company’s strategic and digital initiatives.
  • To lead and manage change using a well established framework like the ADKAR (Prosci) across the organization, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems, processes, and digital initiatives.
  • To oversee the implementation of the company's strategic and digital transformation plans and initiatives, ensuring alignment across all divisions and functions.
  • To identify and prioritize strategic and digital transformation initiatives that support the company's overall objectives.
  • To lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects and initiatives effectively.
  • To monitor and report on the progress of digital transformation and strategic initiatives, providing regular updates to Strategy and Transformation General Manager.
  • To ensure that all job levels and divisions are aligned with the company's strategy and understand their roles in its execution.
  • To manage identifying and addressing potential risks and challenges that may hinder the successful implementation of digital transformation and strategic initiatives.
  • To foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
  • To manage development and implementation performance management systems to evaluate the effectiveness of digital transformation and strategic. initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Economics) or related fields; a Master's degree or an MBA degree is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English
  • Manager track record of 5 years or more; with at least 3 years in relevant sector/ industry as per relevant role
  • Experience working in a multinational enterprise (understanding emerging markets advantageous)
  • Worked across diverse cultures and geographies
