To drive the successful execution of the company's strategic and digital transformation agenda by ensuring alignment, collaboration, and effective implementation of initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities:
To manage relationships with key stakeholders across divisions, ensuring open communication and collaboration in executing the company’s strategic and digital initiatives.
To lead and manage change using a well established framework like the ADKAR (Prosci) across the organization, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems, processes, and digital initiatives.
To oversee the implementation of the company's strategic and digital transformation plans and initiatives, ensuring alignment across all divisions and functions.
To identify and prioritize strategic and digital transformation initiatives that support the company's overall objectives.
To lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects and initiatives effectively.
To monitor and report on the progress of digital transformation and strategic initiatives, providing regular updates to Strategy and Transformation General Manager.
To ensure that all job levels and divisions are aligned with the company's strategy and understand their roles in its execution.
To manage identifying and addressing potential risks and challenges that may hinder the successful implementation of digital transformation and strategic initiatives.
To foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
To manage development and implementation performance management systems to evaluate the effectiveness of digital transformation and strategic. initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Economics) or related fields; a Master's degree or an MBA degree is advantageous.
Fluent in English
Manager track record of 5 years or more; with at least 3 years in relevant sector/ industry as per relevant role
Experience working in a multinational enterprise (understanding emerging markets advantageous)
