Job Description
The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and is responsible for overseeing the execution of Digikala corporate objectives and strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring that action plans align with the company's long-term goals and objectives.
- Develop and manage project plans and timelines to ensure successful execution of strategic projects. Monitor key milestones and deliverables and provide regular updates to senior management on the status of projects.
- Work closely with all departments to ensure effective collaboration and alignment.
- Track progress on Digikala corporate objectives and strategic initiatives through KPIs and performance metrics.
- Identify potential challenges or obstacles to strategy implementation and proactively develop solutions to ensure projects stay on track.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and recommend adjustments to improve performance or outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Strategy, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across various levels of the organization.
- Ability to think critically and strategically while maintaining attention to detail.
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
