Job Description

  • Update and integrate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all supply chain functions, including import planning, procurement, logistics, customs clearance, warehousing, and sales planning.
  • Identify gaps in supply chain processes compared to executive process guidelines and define corrective actions.
  • Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each supply chain function.
  • Collaborate with the IS unit to create and update dashboards, ensuring data validation before implementation.
  • Act as the representative for audit, systems, methods, and QA within the supply chain.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify risks within the supply chain.
  • Define and lead continuous improvement projects for the supply chain.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management, process improvement, or a related role.
  • Proven experience in SOP development, KPI definition, and system integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
