Update and integrate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all supply chain functions, including import planning, procurement, logistics, customs clearance, warehousing, and sales planning.
Identify gaps in supply chain processes compared to executive process guidelines and define corrective actions.
Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each supply chain function.
Collaborate with the IS unit to create and update dashboards, ensuring data validation before implementation.
Act as the representative for audit, systems, methods, and QA within the supply chain.
Conduct risk assessments and identify risks within the supply chain.
Define and lead continuous improvement projects for the supply chain.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management, process improvement, or a related role.
Proven experience in SOP development, KPI definition, and system integration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
