About the department:

You will be part of the Business Support Department at Novo Nordisk Iran LMT. Our team oversees all the steps involved in getting products from suppliers to customers. This includes obtaining goods and services for all types of business processes, finished goods demand inventory planning, movement, storage, and inventory control of materials, finished goods, tools, and packaging materials, as well as import/export and customs management. We maintain a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere to ensure the efficient flow of materials and products.

The position:

As a supply chain flow partner, you will handle the sourcing of raw/pack materials (both local and importation) for production, as well as having control over production planning and release of finished products to the distribution center.

Other duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Collaborate closely with Central Planning (Global Business Services) for importation and supply planning.
• Plan logistics for international and local shipments and work closely with customs agents in the release process.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant Novo Nordisk Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for GMP material management, investigate root causes, and provide feedback for alerts.
• Manage stock and maintain an overview of activities impacting the production planning process.
• Act as the project owner for relevant projects and provide support for production planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Production Planning, with 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain operations and raw materials import.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience, an added advantage
• Strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently with accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken, and a strong command of Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
• Ability to work under time pressure and be flexible with working hours, if needed.
