Responsibilities:

  • Architect and Implement Operational Excellence: Design, develop, and implement robust operational systems and procedures to optimize organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Process Reengineering and Improvement: Conduct in-depth process assessments to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Lead cross-functional teams in implementing Lean Six Sigma or Agile methodologies to drive process excellence.
  • Compliance and Risk Mitigation: Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations. Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks.
  • Knowledge Management and Development: Build a strong knowledge management culture by developing training materials, job aids, and documentation. Empower employees through knowledge sharing and transfer.
  • Financial Stewardship: Manage budgets for system development and maintenance, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.
  • Automation Champion: Identify and implement automation solutions to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance productivity.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and measure the impact of process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Sciences, Economics, Finance, Systems Engineering, or other related disciplines from credible universities; or an MBA/DBA graduate.
  • 4 to 10 years of managerial experience in organizational systems; design and implementation
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and drive consensus.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Systems Proficiency: Familiarity with system software and analytical tools to support process improvement initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is preferred.
  • Startup Experience: Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment is a plus.
