Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Follow the recruitment process from Hiring request, CV sourcing, and interviewing to offer reference-check, negotiation, and onboarding.
- Screen applicants for competency with the job requirements.
- Conduct HR Interviews (Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.)
- Full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
- Lead employer branding initiatives.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Working days and hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 9 to 17 and Thursdays from 9 to 13.

Requirements:
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, or relevant fields.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- 3 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist or similar roles.
