Lead the district team in 3 to 4 cities to meet or exceed established sales forecasts and call execution goals.
Map the Key accounts and KEEs in the assigned therapy areas across 3 to 4 cities and develop the Tactical operation plan in agreement with his/her line manager.
Work with individual sales reps to establish appropriate & challenging goals for each territory.
Proactively anticipate and address obstacles that may impede results.
Assess individual and team progress toward goals, and coach to improve.
Develop sales reps to enhance skills and advance to higher career levels.
Execute all medico-marketing plans regularly report the ROI in a well-structured and calculated manner and come up proactively with clear required actions on accounts levels or KOLs levels.
Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc.
Requirements:
At least 4 to 5 years of experience in pharma companies.
Oncology experience is a plus.
Only related to university background.
Proven analytical skills, Strategic thinking, leadership capabilities, good organizing skills and cross-functional capabilities, business acumen, and conflict management skills.
Interpersonal network relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven analytical and digital abilities as well as learning agility with a change management mindset.
Excellent knowledge of selling skills and the selling process.
