Job Description
• Manage technical procurement activities related to factory operations, maintenance, utilities, projects, and production continuity.
• Coordinate closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Utilities, and Procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing processes.
• Identify and develop sourcing channels for spare parts, equipment, consumables, and technical services.
• Review technical requirements and specifications to ensure purchasing accuracy and compliance.
• Support urgent and breakdown-related purchases to minimize operational downtime.
• Evaluate suppliers based on quality, delivery reliability, pricing, and technical compliance.
• Follow up on purchase requests and critical deliveries to ensure uninterrupted factory operations.
• Maintain procurement records, quotations, supplier documentation, and technical comparisons in line with company procedures.
• Contribute to cost optimization and supplier performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, safety standards, and approved purchasing procedures.
