Job Description
- Conduct comprehensive market research and gather information on customers within the chemical raw materials industry.
- Meet or exceed defined sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both current and potential customers through regular visits and site travel.
- Collaborate with management to continuously enhance business activities and contribute to operational improvements.
- Engage with clients to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Organize and lead customer meetings to discuss needs and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with the business unit manager to address and resolve any technical challenges or inquiries.
- Report to the business unit manager on progress and key metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Chemical, Polymer, Petrochemical, or Petroleum Engineering.
- Commercial experience within these industries is a strong advantage.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- A strong work ethic with a high level of motivation and energy, especially for sales-related tasks.
- Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- A team player with excellent analytical skills.
