Job Description
- Preparing tender documents related to the commercial part.
- Responsible for all aspects related to tenders documents submission
- Distribution of tender commercial documents to relevant units
- Reviewing tenders/draft of contracts terms and conditions specially related to purchasing and commercial terms.
- To handle incoming tenders.
- Finding reliable sources for new items and following up on new inquiries with them.
- Preparing reliable databases according to the tenders and reporting to the managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering fields, Commercial Management, Business, or other related fields.
- Proficient in the process of tendering and tendering systems in the Oil, Gas, and Petrochemical equipment field.
- Knowledge of filling the tender documents.
- Familiar with the principles of contracts and regulations.
- Strong team working skills, flexibility, problem-solving methods, and creativity and innovation skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent fluency in English.
- At least 3 years of experience as a tender engineer.
- Relevant experience in Oil, Gas, and Petrochemicals will be considered as an advantage.
