Job Description

  • Lead trade marketing initiatives to ensure the proper strategy is in place.
  • Responsible for the category trade budget, managing the budget every month
  • Make sales allocation every month region/area for sales teams. (whenever required)
  • Check distributor Stock levels and planning replenishment of stock evaluating sales
  • forecast versus production planning forecast and making adjustments as needed.
  • Check and evaluate coverage category-wise – region/area-wise.
  • Report sales needs and field intelligence to commercial/marketing teams.
  • Manage budget and ROI for his/her specific trade marketing activities.
  • Develop consumer/customer promotions in collaboration with the sales and marketing team.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or other managerial-related fields; or an MBA graduate. 
  • Product knowledge.
  • Market and competitor financial analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal and engagement skills.
