Job Description
- Lead trade marketing initiatives to ensure the proper strategy is in place.
- Responsible for the category trade budget, managing the budget every month
- Make sales allocation every month region/area for sales teams. (whenever required)
- Check distributor Stock levels and planning replenishment of stock evaluating sales
- forecast versus production planning forecast and making adjustments as needed.
- Check and evaluate coverage category-wise – region/area-wise.
- Report sales needs and field intelligence to commercial/marketing teams.
- Manage budget and ROI for his/her specific trade marketing activities.
- Develop consumer/customer promotions in collaboration with the sales and marketing team.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or other managerial-related fields; or an MBA graduate.
- Product knowledge.
- Market and competitor financial analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and engagement skills.
