Job Description
Responsible for executing all marketing activities within pharmacies, based on a thorough understanding of each pharmacy’s sales potential and surrounding physicians. The role also involves introducing products to key decision-makers in pharmacies to maximize product sales.
Roles:
- Train and support pharmacy marketing representatives.
- Develop strategic plans for the medical representative team, ensuring proper implementation of guidelines and alignment with business objectives and sales targets.
- Prepare price lists, product promotions, and advertising materials.
- Analyze competitor activities and provide regular reports to the trade marketing manager.
- Conduct joint visits with marketing representatives.
- Coordinate with suppliers and medical reps to plan pharmacy activities.
- Monitor and supervise sales performance (value and volume), coverage, and representative activities to ensure targets are achieved.
