Responsibilites:
- Reconciling every refund transaction done by NFA by PSP, Bank & supernova, and Kowsar.
- Reconciling every refund transaction done by Digipay by DP, Bank & supernova, and Kowsar.
- Following up on all refund-related tasks with PSPs.
- Analysing DP’s refund trend and estimating the next day’s possible refund to charge them accordingly.
- Monitoring any abnormality in the refund procedure and following up on the issue with the related department.
- Performing day-by-day bank reconciliation for all NFA bank accounts and following up the discrepancies with related users.
Qualifications, Competencies & Skills:
- High self-controlling, reconciliation, follow-up, and teamwork skills.
- High precision, agility, and flexibility.
- Fluent with Excel.
