• Ability to explain and present plans in meetings.
• Detail-oriented and high precision in design.

• Discover customer or user issues and problems.
• Ability to hold empathy map sessions to determine persona and update existing persona.
• Defining problems in the Discovery Product or Space Problem phase.
• Familiarity with user research methods such as interview, Survey, Focus Group.
• Define user-centric solutions during the double diamond process
• Update customer journey map
• Mastery of visual design concepts such as color, typography, icons
• Familiarity with UI Patterns and design trends
• Familiarity with handoff tools such as Invision, Zeplin, Sympli.
• Familiarity with user tests such as Usability, A/B test etc.
• Familiarity with Front-end programming languages such as HTML5, CSS3.
• Partner with the marketing team to meet their needs.
• Partner with the marketing team to design the campaign.
