Job Description

We are seeking a skilled user researcher to join our product design team at Flightio. You will play a key role in improving and creating new features.

Responsibility:

Planning and conducting interviews and testing sessions with users.
Creating questionnaires.
Generating reports and documents, and presenting them to key stakeholders.
Monitoring user feedback.
Collaborating in prototype development.
Analyzing data from various sources.
Identifying user pain points and discovering behavioral patterns of personas.

Requirements

Required Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Figma.
Proficiency in Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar.
Proficiency in a prototyping tool.
Experience and skill in using quantitative and qualitative research tools (interviews, in-depth interviews, questionnaires, surveys, card sorting, usability testing, and A/B testing).
Ability to analyze and interpret research information, and plan for obtained data.
Presentation and documentation skills.

Qualifications:

Over 1 year of professional research experience in CX or UX.
Comprehensive understanding of user-centric design principles and the role of personas in advancing products.
General knowledge of the UX process.
