Job Description

We are looking for a UX writer to join our dynamic team and create user-centered content that enhances the usability and accessibility of our digital products. In this role, you will collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with our product goals and brand voice. Your work will directly impact the user experience and overall satisfaction of our audience.

Job Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to produce clear, concise, and user-centered content that improves the usability of our digital products. This position supports the design and product teams and aligns with our mission to provide seamless, accessible, and engaging user experiences for our customers.

Duties:

• Writing and editing UI copy, microcopy, and help text for digital products.
• Collaborating with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure the content is aligned with product goals.
• Conducting content audits and recommending improvements.
• Creating and maintaining a content style guide.
• Running usability tests on written content to assess clarity and effectiveness.
• Conducting user research to better understand user language and needs.
• Ensuring that content meets accessibility standards.
• Ensuring consistency across all touchpoints within the product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce clear, concise, and user-friendly copy.
• Ensure the content enhances the overall user experience and product usability.
• Collaborate closely with design and product teams to ensure consistency in tone and style.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, English, Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in UX writing or a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles; familiarity with design tools and content management systems is a plus.
• Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating strong writing skills, especially for digital platforms.
