About the job:
The warehouse accounting supervisor will be responsible for controlling the accounts payable, closing orders, controlling foreign orders, controlling raw material warehouse and all apart from FG warehouses, and reconciliation with suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Warehouse evaluations into IRR for RM/PM/SP.
- Issuing production cost documents, controlling with C&P, Identifying PPV, and recording it in documentation.
- Defining the price list at the beginning of the year and controlling it during the year (STANDARD rate Data entry).
- Preparing OIE-FX file for the control team.
- Doing stocktaking of material and SP WH.
- Preparing required reporting for N+1.
- Preparing to import files in every season.
- Controlling transfers between warehouses at the end of each month and determining the reason for having balances in this account.
- Controlling the receivable/payable accounts related to raw materials and orders and advance payments.
- Preparing audit confirmations for suppliers.
- Closing foreign orders and issuing relevant accounting documents.
- Closing accounts at the end of the month.
- Correct planning for the timely completion of cut-off tasks and the handling of accounts related to warehouse and purchase.
- Correcting annual accounts with the help of team members.
- Running the COGS and booking of relevant accounting documents in the system.
- Analyzing and controlling COG
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or Finance.
- At least 5 years of work experience in the accounting department.
Experience and Knowledge:
- Skills in MS Office and accounting software.
- Good command of Rahkaran.
- Knowledge of COGS accounting.
- Knowledge of warehouses’ stock accounting.
- Knowledge of COGS accounting.
- Understanding of commercial rules.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Working knowledge of English.
