Job Description

  • Create and publish job ads in various portals.
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.
  • Screen resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
  • Interview candidates in person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, and executive).
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
  • Design, distribute, and measure the results of candidate experience surveys.
  • Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
  • Welcome newly hired employees.
  • Prepare and distribute onboarding welcome gifts.
  • Create clear policies and employee handbooks that explain company operations.
  • Communicate with information about the company, onboarding agenda, equipment handover, dress code, parking options, perks, and similar items.
  • Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their. hardware/software and distribute manuals, passwords, and guidelines, as needed.
  • Occasionally hosting onboarding sessions.
  • Coordinate onboarding presentations and product demos.
  • Audit data and set up employee profiles in internal HR systems; assisting with the coordination, preparation, and distribution of employee documentation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and newly hired employees.
  • Ensure compliance with all processes and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
  • Identify innovative and creative new ways to onboard new employees/reach a more scalable and measurable onboarding experience.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback.
